Booking and payments
A session is confirmed only after availability is verified and any required deposit is received. Payment details and deadlines are shared before the date is reserved.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the session and circumstances.
Session timing
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Delays can reduce the available session time or affect deliverables.
Use of images
Annell Photo may feature images in a portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.
Image delivery
Final edited images are delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time, typically 2–4 weeks after the session.
Liability
Annell Photo takes reasonable care during every session but is not responsible for circumstances outside of its control, including weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or injuries.
